http://www.deafdogs.org/resources/otherlinks.html#deafblind:  The Deaf Dog Education Action Fund is primarily for deaf dogs but they do have limited information and a links page for blind dogs.

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/blinddogs/:  Blind Dogs Yahoo Group are owners of blind/visually impaired dogs and offer support and information in an effort to help you and your dog adjust to their new challenge.

http://www.k9carts.com:  K-9 Carts is not specifically for blind dogs, but is an excellent resource and a great bunch of people. Over the past year, the quality of life through mobility for over 33,000 pets including, dogs, cats, rabbits, and too many more to count, has been drastically improved through K-9 Carts!! Through their Veterinary Orthopedic background, they are able to fully understand the needs of each pet and advise accordingly. Remaining open to all challenges, their goal is to improve the quality of life for any pet with a mobility handicap.
